Ten years after the massacre at Pencarrow Manor, Eleanor lives for one purpose: revenge. Together with Liam, the only other survivor, she plots to destroy the family she believes is responsible.
To carry out her plan, Eleanor draws William into her scheme, treating him as nothing more than a pawn. But William's unwavering kindness and genuine love begin to break through the walls around her heart, leaving her caught between vengeance and the future she never expected.
Consumed by jealousy, Liam murders William's mother and frames William's father for the crime, pushing the two families toward ruin. Even after learning Eleanor used him, William refuses to give up on her, and his devotion finally convinces Eleanor to abandon her revenge.
Enraged by her betrayal, Liam shoots William and imprisons Eleanor. In the end, however, Liam sacrifices his own life to save her. William survives and finds his way back to Eleanor, and three years later, the hatred that once consumed them has faded, leaving only the love they fought so hard to keep.
