Aidan Stein is the Eternal Lord Sovereign of the magnificent Eternity Palace, a legendary figure whose power has endured for generations. But every sixty years, a mysterious cycle strips him of his memories and extraordinary abilities, leaving him vulnerable and unaware of his true identity.
During one such cycle, Aidan lives quietly and alone in Vertania, knowing nothing about the immense power sleeping within him. His fate changes when Jade Yule saves him from a life-threatening situation. The two grow close, eventually becoming husband and wife, and Aidan builds a simple life with the woman who loves him without knowing who he truly is.

Years pass peacefully until Jack Foley, an influential aristocrat of Vertania, becomes captivated by Jade. Determined to have her for himself, Jack sends his men to deal with Aidan.

But his attempt to remove Aidan awakens something far more dangerous than he could have imagined.

As the attacks intensify, Aidan's forgotten memories begin returning, followed by the immense power he once possessed. The ordinary man Jade married slowly disappears, revealing the Eternal Lord Sovereign he was always destined to become.

Now Jack Foley has unknowingly provoked a legend—and the entire Vertania is about to witness the return of Aidan Stein.
