Ivy is born as the cursed twin, condemned from birth while her sister, Lilia, is showered with love and admiration. No matter what Ivy does, she is treated as an omen of misfortune, while Lilia is regarded as the blessed daughter destined for greatness.
Then Ivy catches the attention of Caius, the legendary phoenix. Their bond should have changed her fate, but instead, Caius chooses Lilia. He gives Lilia his precious heartfeather and orders Ivy to take her place before the terrifying black dragon, fully expecting her to die.

But fate has other plans.

The black dragon, Adrian, recognizes Ivy the moment he sees her. Years ago, when they were children, Ivy was the one who secretly saved his life. Now, when her blood touches him, something miraculous happens—it purifies the blight poisoning his body.

The revelation shocks the entire world.

Ivy is not cursed at all. She is the legendary Holy-Blood Witch, a being whose blood possesses unimaginable power. The girl everyone once despised suddenly becomes revered by the very people who rejected her.

Caius, realizing the truth too late, returns to Ivy and desperately offers his final heartfeather in an attempt to win her back.

But Adrian refuses to surrender her.

The once-feared dragon becomes the man who stands closest to Ivy, still calling himself her “Little Mute” and reminding her of the childhood bond they once shared.

Now Ivy faces the hardest choice of her life: return to the one who betrayed her out of guilt, or follow the love of the man who never forgot the girl who once saved him.
