As Ann Sawyer reaches the end of her life, she has one final request—to reunite with someone she has not seen in years. When Finn Jones answers the call, Ann places her daughter's future in his hands, asking him to marry Rose Sawyer and safeguard the Wellton Group.
Finn accepts the promise without hesitation and quietly stands by Rose, protecting her from dangers she never realizes exist. But Rose places all her faith in Nigel Snow, believing his lies while doubting the man who is trying to help her.
Misunderstood, rejected, and pushed away, Finn never reveals the sacrifices he makes behind the scenes. It is only after he leaves that Rose uncovers the truth about Nigel and learns everything Finn did to protect her and her family's company.
By then, the damage has already been done, and Rose is left to face the consequences of the choice she can no longer undo.
