Here’s a completely reworked version with **all cast names kept exactly the same**:

Rita is a struggling actress whose boyfriend’s betrayal leaves her heartbroken and desperate for a way to save her sick grandmother. Meanwhile, Mrs. Nelson is determined to protect her famous racing-driver son, Reginald, from Maggie, a manipulative woman she believes is only interested in him for her own gain. When Rita and Mrs. Nelson cross paths, they discover that they can help each other.

Mrs. Nelson offers Rita a deal: pose as Reginald’s fiancée, win his affection, and drive a wedge between him and Maggie. With her grandmother’s medical expenses mounting, Rita reluctantly agrees. What begins as a carefully planned arrangement soon becomes far more complicated when Rita finds herself genuinely drawn to Reginald, forcing her to choose between the agreement that could save her grandmother and feelings she never expected to develop.
